Enter Be. By Kate. -- an all-encompassing fitness and wellness plan where how intensive, how long, and how detailed your program is is decided by YOU.
What does this entail?
-In-person or video intro session, discussing goals, fitness background, likes, and dislikes, nutrition knowledge, and current state of health.
-Weekly workouts sent to you based on your preferences and needs. No one size fits all, each plan is crafted specifically for YOU.
-Written weekly by Kate after you describe your environment: gym, apt, hotel, etc.
-Based on budget and intensity needs, these may be more simple or more detailed,
will always include clarification on new exercises, and videos may also be used to further assist
-Weekly video check-ins to discuss progress, address questions, and go over any other details, 10m weekly.
-Nutrition: What do you need, what do you know already, and what do you want to learn? Work with Kate to formulate what will work for you. Need someone checking in daily to see that you are staying on task? We can do that.
Just need some general guidelines to get you going? We’ll make it happen.
-Unlimited emails as needed to/from Kate
-Option to add in full live video training sessions, 20-50m sessions
-Having a personal trainer with you wherever you are
-If you have wifi and a few feet of space, we will make it happen
