Workplace wellness is a huge topic. With more and more hours sitting at a desk, the need for improving focus, energy, and overall health is ever-increasing.
Many startups and small businesses lose the benefit larger companies have of in-house fitness centers. Bringing classes to the offices offers a great chance to feel good and get back to work refreshed and energized.
All that is needed is a space larger enough for some mats-- be it a conference room or small office!

P.S. Love this article by the Harvard Business Review. In summation: "healthy employees cost you less".
-Why Pilates? Increase energy and brain function, do away with low back pain, healthier, stronger employees. Improved mood, improved productivity, and much more.
-No shower? We can adjust the intensity. More focus on breath and stretching has been popular at some of the sites I teach where some even stay in their work clothes!
-Timing? Before work, during lunch, end of the day….45 minutes, 60 minutes…everything is adjustable to work with your office culture
-Do both men and women take these classes? Absolutely! I find the men are the most surprised at how good they feel after taking just a little bit of time in their day to breathe, stretch, and work some muscles they ‘didn’t know they had’!
-Levels? All levels welcomed. I have over a decade of experience teaching in corporations in NYC to a variety of levels in a single class and assure you I hold it in highest priority that every person feels comfortable and appropriately challenged.
