Update: New season begins in a few weeks, and I can't wait to share it with you!
While in-between seasons, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself for anyone who is new or curious about your host... Kate Cherichello Tente is a host, performer, and certified fitness professional. And of course, mom to Joshua, 'dog mom' to Olive, and wife to Jeffrey! She is creator and host of the weekly podcast, Be The Good with Kate, where guests share their journeys to finding their passions while helping others along the way. Since its inception, the show has welcomed guests from across the globe, including nonprofit leaders, a Broadway music director, ex-convict, hospital clown, people who’ve lost those closest to them, people who have found their calling in their 60s, and even Kate’s Kindergarten teacher. As a performer, Kate has toured with the USO Show Troupe, Jersey Boys, Broadway Tonite, and has been a part of stage and film productions around the country. Kate also has a passion for the health and fitness space, as a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor coaching and teaching clients virtually and leading corporate workshops in-person throughout NYC and NJ. She runs the BBK On-Demand platform, where participants have the opportunity to partake in Kate’s Pilates and Barre classes from anywhere they are, all with a focus on efficiency and safety. By incorporating manageable and impactful changes each day, Kate enjoys inspiring others in any way she can to live their healthiest, most fulfilled lives.
