Quarantine Project: Some (More) Good News:
It means the world to me to leave people better than I found them. Be it encouraging words, a listening ear, a workout regime to feed the body, or learning the language where I visit at least enough to give a warm thank you.
With a background in the speed, energy, and attention to detail encompassing the performing world, mixed with a passion for interacting with people both in person and through the lens, I found a road paved to the hosting world.
I have worked as a host from the sports realm to education… As a correspondent for SportsGuru, an instructional host for Townsend Press, and even commercial throws for the State Theatre of Pennsylvania’s live broadcast of the Freddy Awards.
My ideal is to share stories of people-- their own success stories, and stories of how they help their communities.
Additionally, I have been a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor in NYC for over a decade, my time spent with corporations, individual clients, and master classes. This translates to strong skills in teaching all different types of people, empathy, adaptability, and being the calm in any and all chaos. I love adding to my fitness and nutrition knowledge, educating people, and sharing in their joys of reaching goals.
A New Jersey native and Butler University grad, I have been a NYC resident ever since. In my free time, you’ll find me exploring new places, including my own city, uncovering great wine bars, or swing dancing.
